Scope of Work

• Contractor will provide direct executive-level administrative support to company president and chief virtual sales officer
• Receive and direct incoming calls during business hours
• Periodically arrange travel and coordinate business trips
• Schedule and coordinate virtual team teleconferences and web conference briefings  (as requested)
• Design Interactive Sales / Marketing Presentations for online and off-line delivery
• Superior written and verbal communication skills: press releases, business email correspondence
• Professional telephone demeanor
