Project Scope of Work

• PRC  will work closely with the VSS team to strategize move to next level
• PRC shall deliver individually tailored PR campaigns that are creative, memorable, effective and dynamic to VSS
• PRC shall work to enhance VSS's reputation, credibility and market presence
• PRC shall work with key members to effectively communicate key message points in all venues
• PRC may be requested to write and distribute company press releases
• PRC may be requested to deliver PR/Media Relations coaching services

Background Information:
Indepent Contractor: 1099
Approximate Number of Support Hours per Month: TBD

Special Requirements: (R) = Required

• Military Spouse and/or Veteran (is a plus, but not required)
• Contractor MUST be a company in business 3 years or longer (verification will be requested)
• Contractor MUST be able to submit invoices and receive contractor payments electronically (Net 30)
• Contractor MUST have a fully-functional company website with domain name and email capability
• 2 years or more experience in working virtually (Client references will be requested and verified)
• Home Office (web cam, headset w/microphone proficiency) (R)
• DSL/Cable Internet Access (R)
• Instant Messenger Capabilities (AOL and MSN) (R)
