Happy Friday to you and thanks so much for tuning in to another edition of Military Spouse Talk Radio.   I am your host, Victoria Parham coming to you from rainy, Emporia, Virginia

Have you ever said to yourself, I would love to have a job that could transition with me?  Sure you have!  Career portability is still one those challenges facing military spouses today, in spite of all the advanced technologies available, there are still companies out there who choose not to offer alternate work programs or arrangements that allow an employee to relocate while still maintaining his or her current job status and benefits.

So, what are the chances of a military spouse finding a job that offers true career portability and benefits?  The chances are pretty fantastic according to Retired Navy Spouse and Program Director for the Adecco Career Accelerator program -- Erin Walerko.

Adecco is the world's largest employment services company, offering military spouses career counseling services, training, job placement assistance and transferable benefits at no cost.  Military Spouses who register with the program are eligible for Adecco benefits, such as vacation, holiday pay, retirement plans and tuition assistance.  And you don't lose them when you relocate.  All benefits are transferable to any of the 1,400 Adecco offices in the United States.
