The Department of Defense has rolled out another portable careers initiative called “Operation RE/MAX”. 
In December, 2004, the American National Standards Institute conducted a survey to find out which careers would be ideally suited for the life of a military spouse. Real estate was identified as one of the top five.

The Department of Defense (DoD), through the Office of Educational Opportunities and the Office of Family Policy, is working with the real estate industry to significantly improve training and career opportunities for military spouses as part of the Military Spouse Employment Initiative.

The real estate company at the forefront of this initiative is:  RE/MAX.  Joining me today by telephone to talk about this wonderful initiative is:
