VSSCyberOffice Virtual Articles Library is free directory of  reprintable articles. We invite authors to submit quality original articles to our growing articles database.  Our goal is to maintain the highest quality of reprintable content.

Please take time to read the following guidelines and terms of service before submitting your work.

Article Guidelines: 

1. Your article should be between 400 and 4000 words long. The 400-word minimum requirement is waived for submissions to the Youth and Poetry sections.  Special consideration for submissions to other categories will be considered on an individual basis.
2. Your title should not contain more than 200 characters.
3. Your article summary should be one to five sentences in length.
4. Your biographical information should be kept short  (NO ADVERTISING in your bio please).
5. The body of your article should relavant to the topic  you are writing about and should not contain more than five links. Authors who blatantly self-promote their service or products will have their accounts terminated indefinitely.
6. Please check articles as much as humanly possible for grammatical and spelling errors.
7. Your author's resource box should not contain more than two links.
8. Articles should not read like an advertisement. Use your resource box-- not the body of your article-- to promote your business or website.
9. Articles should stand on their own, i.e. it should not require the reader to click on a link in order to get to the main content.
10. Keep the author resource box professional, avoid too much hype.  The purpose of the author resource box is not to sell to your readers, but to draw them to your website.
11. Be sure to include your author's resource box within your article.  Your biographic information will not be appended automatically to your article.

Author Terms of Service:

By submitting your article to the VSSCyberOffice Virtual Articles Library, you agree that:

1. You are the copyright owner of the article.
2. You allow others to reprint and republish your article, unedited and in its entirety, along with your resource box, on both online and offline mediums without prior permission. 
3. Your article must not promote hatred, racism, or bigotry of any kind or contain libelous statements against any ethnicity. VSSCyberOffice.com reserves the right to reject and to remove any article for any reason.

Neither VSSCyberOffice.com nor publishers of your article are required to pay you a fee for re-printing your article. If you are seeking payment for use of your article, DO NOT submit your article to us.

VSSCyberOffice.com may at its descretion publish ads on the page(s) containing your article.

VSSCyberOffice.com does not accept any responsibility or liability for the use or misuse of articles published on this web site.

Virtual Articles Library is a free searchable directory of reprintable articles. As a publisher you may reprint these articles on your website, ezine, forum, newsletter or any other print or electronic publication, subject to the terms and conditions specified below:

An article must be republished unedited in its entirety.

An article must be republished with the author's resource box (located at the end of the article), along with any live (clickable) hyperlinks contained therein.

Articles may not be distributed in spam or unsolicited communications or on publications promoting hatred, racism, bigotry, or illegal activity of any kind.

An article may not be used in a manner that infringes upon the rights of the copyright owner.

We do ask that you link to us by inluding the message "Article provided by VSSCyberOffice.com" at the bottom of  the article.

You may not sell articles from VSSCyberOffice.com or charge a fee for viewing them.
