The Coaching Relationship:
In a coaching relationship, you (the Client) set
the agenda and the Coach helps you to clarify
the vision. The coach functions more as a
partner rather than as an expert. The
relationship between you and the coach is in no
way to be construed as psychotherapy,
psychological counseling, or any type of
therapy. If the client feels the need for such
professional counseling or therapy, it is the
responsibility of the client to seek the help of
a licensed professional.
Online Meeting Procedure:
The client will meet with the coach online in a
live voice-interactive virtual meeting place at
the scheduled time. If a scheduled meeting time
must be cancelled or rescheduled by the client,
it is the responsibility of the client.
Rescheduling or cancellations of online meetings
must be made 24 hours in advance.
Payment Schedule:
Coaching service fees are to be paid at the
beginning of each month or as outlined in the
coaching agreement (if, applicable). The first
coaching session will begin only after the
coaching plan has been agreed to by both the
client and coach. The client prepays for
coaching services by personal/corporate check or
online with a Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, or American Express credit card.
Important -
Coaching services paid for using a personal or
corporate check MUST clear the bank
before the initial coaching session can take
place.
Termination of Service: The client may
cancel at anytime. Cancellation must be
submitted in writing, by fax or by email
message. The client is responsible for any
unpaid outstanding coaching services performed
up to the date of the cancellation notice.
Confidentiality: The Coach recognizes
that the client may disclose future plans,
business affairs, customer lists, financial
information, job information, goals, personal
information, and other personal/private
information. The Coach will not at any time,
either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use
the information for the Coach's own benefit, or
disclose, or communicate this information to a
third party. While the Coach will do everything
in his/her power to keep communication
confidential, the client is aware that there are
certain exceptions. For example, communication
by email can potentially be intercepted or email
archives can be subpoenaed from Internet Service
Providers or other parties in the event of a
lawsuit.
