The Virtual Support Services team is a group of
officers dedicated to delivering quality services
and cost-effective solutions to our clients. We
understand that our clients expect each officer to
honor the confidentiality of all practices,

importance of relationship building. To that end, we

employees, or forge or alter identifiers in order to

member's ability to use the service; or use the
service in connection with unsolicited or
unauthorized advertising or commercial messages,
surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters,
junk e-mail, spamming or unsolicited messages.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree that you are solely responsible for the
activity that occurs under your account, including
the content of your transmissions. You agree to
indemnify and hold VSSCyberOffice and its parent company, and
any affiliates, subsidiaries, officers and

from any claim, including attorneys fees, demand,
damages or judgment, arising out of your conduct and

including without limitation damages resulting from
the use of or the inability to use our services;
(ii) any goods or services purchased or obtained or
messages received or transactions entered into
through our services; (iii) loss of, unauthorized
access to or alteration of transmissions or data;
(iv) statements or conduct of any third party;
(vi) any other matter relating to the service;
or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods
and services.
If you are dissatisfied with the service in any way,
your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue
using the service.

You agree not to use or display VSSCyberOffice trademarks,
logos, or content in any manner, without prior
