VBO Train-the-Trainer Workshop Series: The VBO
Train-the-Trainer Workshop Series is a product of
the VSSCyberOffice.com vLearning Center. This
workshop has been developed for Corporate Human
Resource Managers (HRM) and Family Employment
Readiness Professionals (FERP) in an effort to reach
participants in far and remote regions who are
interested in exploring business ownership as a
career option.

and seminar leader will train participants on how to
successfully introduce and facilitate the Virtual
Business Owners Training Program at their onsite
facility.

Module One – Introduction to VBO
Duration: Self-Directed

Interactive PowerPoint Modules.
Participants are officially introduced to the actual
Virtual Business Owners Training Program and
provided a brief oral history. Facilitator will
take an in-depth look at the burgeoning industry of
virtual business ownership, its pros and cons.
Participants will learn to identify traits which
exemplify and embody those of successful business
owners. A Q & A message board forum will be
available for participants post their questions and
concerns.
Module Two – VBO Training Modules
Duration: Self-Directed
Materials: Instructor Guide, DVD with Trainer
Package, VBO Training Program Interactive PowerPoint
Modules.
The facilitator will review in detail the core
training modules to be taught in the VBO Training
Program, highlighting key areas and commonly asked
participant questions.
Module Three – Review, Packaging, & Presentations

Package, VBO Training Program Interactive PowerPoint
Modules.
The facilitator will conduct a quick review,
instruct on packaging and promoting onsite VBOtp
Workshops.
