    3. I'm a military spouse interested in having this training conducted at our base. Where should I start?

    1. Why is this training free to participants? - Top

In an effort to offer program participants full access to the wealth of information and resources available, funding of the VBO Initiative is co-sponsored by the Department of the Navy and the Navy Personnel Command.

Thanks to the co-sponsorship, program participants regardless of geography, have access to the information and resources needed to successfully start, grow, and manage a virtual (portable) business in cyberspace. - Updated: October 7, 2004
