Web browsers temporarily store Internet files in a “cache” folder which enables you to quickly access websites you have recently visited. When this folder becomes full, your browser may become significantly slower, load broken pages, or it may “crash.”
We recommend that you clear (or “purge”) the contents of the cache folder regularly to keep it functioning at top notch performance.
Below are instructions for the following web browsers: AOL, Netscape, MACs, and IE:
Clearing Cache on the BlackBerry Wireless Handheld
Clearing the content caches clears both the rendered pages and server data:
Highlight the BlackBerry browser icon and click the trackwheel. Click the trackwheel again to display the Browser Options menu. Scroll down to Options and click the trackwheel to open the browser options screen. Scroll down to General Properties and click the trackwheel to open the General Properties screen. Click the trackwheel to open the Cache menu. Scroll down to Clear Content Caches and click the trackwheel to clear your cache and return to the General Properties screen. Use the Escape button to page back through the screens to the BlackBerry main menu.

Clearing Cache on Safari 1.0 / Safari 1.0 for Macintosh OS X Open Safari. Select Empty Cache. Click Empty on the Are you sure message box. Exit and relaunch the browser.

In August 2004, the VBO system was upgraded and transferred to the vsscyberoffice.com servers. Members were contacted via email. Accounts with working email addresses were tranferred to the new system. Internet Explorer 4.x, 5.x, or 6.x for Windows • From the Tools menu - if using IE 5.x or 6.x -or from the View menu - if using IE 4.x, select Internet Options… • The Internet Options… box appears with the General tab displayed. • Click the Delete Files… button that appears within the Temporary Internet files section. • Select the Delete all offline content checkbox, and then click the OK button. • Click the Clear History button within the History section, and choose Yes when prompted. • Click the OK button at the bottom of the Internet Options box. • Close and restart your browser. Internet Explorer 4.x for Macintosh • From the Edit Menu, select Preferences. • In the left hand column, click Advanced under the Web Browser heading. • Click the Empty Now button within the Cache section. • Click the OK button at the bottom of the Preferences Box. • From the Go menu, select Open History. • Holding down the Shift key, select the pages that you want to delete from the History list. • Release the Shift key and drag the selected items to the Trash icon. • Close the History window and empty the Trash. • Close and restart your browser.

1. Visit the login page at www.vsscyberoffice.com/vcourses/ and click on the "Send my details via email" button to reset your username and password. Or,
Logon, goto the "People" section and click on "Edit profile". Scroll down until you see "Current picture"
Click the "Browse" button and select the image from your computer or other media. Note: Make sure the image is not larger than the maximum size allowed or it will not be uploaded.
Click the "Update my Profile" button at bottom of the page to finalize your image upload.
Step 4: Click the "Change password", button; type in your changes and click the "Change password" button again, to finalize the changes. - Updated: March 1, 2005
