    1. I'm retired military, can I participate in an onsite Introduction to VBOtp Briefing? - Top

    Yes. However, there are certain cases where your local base employment office may be sponsoring the onsite briefing, so be sure to contact the base sponsoring the briefing to confirm that you can attend. - Updated: September 11, 2005

    Yes. Provided he/she has a current retired status family member military identification card. - Updated: September 11, 2005

    As long as you can provide proof of service which is typically done by providing a copy of your DD Form 214 and have been honorably discharged, you can participate in the VBOtp. - Updated: September 11, 2005
