    VBOtp is open to all Department of Defense employees, this includes:
    (military Active Duty, Reservists, National Guard, Coast Guard, retirees, civil
    service, and DEERS-enrolled family members of these groups). Participants MUST
    possess a valid (non-expired) uniformed services or military identification (ID)
    card
    . Sponsorship is not required to participate.

    VBO is open to any eligible student who is interested in starting, growing, or managing a business whether virtual or traditional. However, you must meet the eligibility requirements to participate, to verify your eligibility, visit www.vsscyberoffice.com/vbo. - Updated: September 22, 2004
