Follow the instructions provided for completing and submitting the application.

    2. Only part of the application shows up on my screen? What should I do? - Top

    Below are several troubleshooting tips:

Try clearing out your web browser's: cookies and cache. Sometimes, after you've visited so many sites on the Internet, your web browser's cache becomes full. For detailed instructions on how to clean your specific web browser please visit:

    http://www.vsscyberoffice.com/vfaq/23.html#13.

    • We also recommend closing your web browser and re-opening after you've
      cleaned the cache and cookies.

    • You can also force a page to load by doing a page refresh.

    • If you are running a firewall program, we recommend that you temporarily
disable it by turning it completely off.  To verify that the firewall
software is completely turned-off, right click on your task bar, open up the
task manager, select the "Applications" tab" to be sure the program is not still running.. Close down your web browser, then reopen, revisit the
enrollment application, in most cases, this will resolve the problem for a
      broken form.
