Videos can be no longer than 10 minutes in length and 100MB in size. If you have a video that is long, we HIGHLY recommend that you slice the video into several segments of 3-5 minutes. Long videos require more compression to meet the 100MB size limit, and the quality will go down as the length of the video goes up.
In simple terms, smaller is better. - Updated: October 19, 2006

First, check the volume controls on your computer to ensure they are adjusted properly. Also, be sure to increase the volume on external video players like, Real Player or Windows Media. This may have an effect on your computer's master volume levels.
Finally, check to ensure that your computer system meets these requirements for running video:
Macromedia Flash Player 7.0+ plug-in Windows XP / 2000 or higher with latest updates installed Mac OS X 10.3 or higher Firefox 1.5+, IE 6.0+, or Safari 1.0+ or later Broadband / High-speed Internet connection with 500+ Kbps - Updated: September 28, 2006
The transfer of video / audio from one destination to another takes time. If you have a high-speed internet connection, and a video file less than 100MB expect the upload to take anywhere from 1-5mins for every 1MB.
Keep in mind, however, the variation in connection speeds. If your video is very large, it may take a long time to upload.
We highly recommend that you keep your videos size short 1-5 minutes in length. If you have a large video, we recommend breaking it down into small 3-5 minute chunks. - Updated: October 19, 2006

Tags are keywords that describe each video. For example, a cooking video might be tagged with "cooking," "food," and "gourmet." Members who enjoy cooking can then search for any of those terms and that video will appear in their search results. Tags also help locate new videos that you might like to watch.
